Make a locked-out machine impossible to miss. These tags put CAUTION or DANGER in front of anyone near the equipment, in daylight or under a flashlight. The face is UV-stabilized microprismatic reflective made for outdoor use, so it holds up in the sun.

- CAUTION: OUT OF SERVICE. High-visibility yellow with black print. Part CAU2526.
- DANGER: DO NOT OPERATE. High-visibility red with white and black print. Part DAN2526.
Where to use them
Industrial plants, commercial buildings and oil and gas sites. They suit complex lockout/tagout and semi-energized lockout systems, where a caution or danger tag must stand out.

Attaching the tag
No keyring is included. Attach the tag with a cable tie, lockout cable, padlock shackle or ball lock pin.

A tag warns. It does not isolate energy. Use these tags as part of your lockout/tagout program.
