The REV-B version now features advanced digitally printed lettering produced with a proprietary UV-cured ink system. This process bonds pigment directly into the microprismatic surface, creating lettering that resists abrasion, fading, and chemical degradation far better than traditional screen printing. Each batch is tested to verify adhesion strength, ensuring the ink layer withstands prolonged UV exposure and repeated cleaning cycles without peeling or loss of clarity.
Our reflective material is engineered to the same standards used in high-visibility construction garments, but with additional aerospace-grade enhancements. A UV-blocking polymer layer is permanently bonded over the microprismatic reflective matrix, protecting it from sun damage and preserving brightness over time.
